Time lapse beech tree

Nice to be working under a blue sky, even though it was pretty windy up in the canopy for our intrepid climbing arborist, Bruce. I was hoping to film the whole job, but my camera phone batteries only lasted until mid morning! Just as well, because shortly after this point it turned decidedly grey and wet. The video features time lapse beech tree dismantling.

The client requested that all of the secondary branches be left for firewood, and we removed all of the larger trunk sections for processing into firewood. All of the other arisings were chipped, and donated to Kingston Maurward College for use in their high ropes adventure training area.
